The workshop will be conducted by Kim Rochetti, and Denise Arthur, the section Education Co-Chairs. Kim has extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality. After 22 years at Boeing, she ventured out into a totally different endeavor. She entered the fascinating world of healthcare aiming to improve the hospital systems and patient care. As a Director of Continuous Improvement at SSM Healthcare, she worked and mentored many throughput and quality-related projects from ED turn around time and 2pm discharge to CT and MRI testing efficiency. Many gains were made to improve quality of care, increase patient throughput, and impact bottom line results. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, and is also an ASQ certified Quality Engineer and Black Belt.

Denise has spent 24 years in healthcare, leading many teams to healthcare excellence and has recently become a Six Sigma Black Belt.
